About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead business process analysis, requirements definition, and continuous improvement initiatives across our ERP and manufacturing systems landscape. This role will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams, ensuring operational needs are translated into well-defined, value-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in manufacturing operations, ERP systems, MRP planning, supply chain processes, and financial systems, along with a proven ability to document processes, gather requirements, and drive business transformation initiatives.
