Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Provide direct therapeutic intervention for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Delaware
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
Minimum 30-hour weekly availability commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Experience working with diverse patient populations across multiple diagnoses
